Warranty

You can rest assured that Inspired by Glass's warranty is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. It protects the system and components for years and is effective after the original installation is completed.

Transformers

Inspired by Glass' outdoor transformers carry a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover acts of nature, such as lightning strikes and damage due to physical abuse or vandalism, and the warranty is void if anyone other than Inspired by Glass services the transformers.

Fixtures

Inspired by Glass' outdoor lighting fixtures carry a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover vandalism, physical abuse, misuse, or acts of nature.

Bulbs

Inspired by Glass' bulbs are covered up to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty. Only when Inspired by Glass replaces the bulbs does the warranty apply. The installation of incorrect bulbs that cause system failure and/or fixture damage by the property owner or another firm are not covered by warranty.

Lighting-control automation:

Inspired by Glass timers, controls and modules carry a two-year limited warranty.
